what are your thoughts on putting the reasoning behind not obtaining a pt social security number in the narrative? Appropriate or not? If so how would you word it? If not, why not?

Ok guys first post and of course I have a question. Starting a new job in EMS actually my first job in EMS, and starting my internship soon with my new employer. Needless to say I am scared to death. Any advice would be great. Thanks
