What features do you love about the watch you use on duty? I'm looking to buy one and would love some input. The one I'm looking at has white numbers/second hand on a black background. I'm thinking this would be super easy to see, day/night. Thanks in advance!

I am looking at both Palomar and Saddleback in Southern California to begin my EMT training this fall. I'm wondering which college has a better program, Instructors etc. I will pursue Paramedic school after completing my year as an EMT, so anything you have to offer would be great. Thanks!
