I just completed a EMT-Basic course and the Tactical supplemental. I was issued a standard BLS jump bag from Galls. Any suggestions on gear I should seek on my own?

I just finished the EMT Course and got all my County certs and DMV squared away. However, I am having a very difficul time finding a part-time position. I'm seeking part time because I a have a full time job with flexible hours. Any tips or ideas on how I can score a part time position???
