You’d be amazed at what goes on in the AMR area alone when they’re off duty. I worked three divisions away and heard the stories. Made me never want to work the event.

I’m not sure what the question is, but with most companies once you get your conditional they send you to a clinic for the physical where they’ll do vitals, vision, physical exam and urinalysis. If you don’t have your DOT card they’ll get you one there.

Do you already have a degree? If not, I’d go through medic school and get your Associates through it. Then apply to CHP. I was talking to a medic who’s friend got hired with CHP. Once he finished his probation time, he transferred to CHP’s flight team as their flight medic. Super sweet gig...
