Ya, it is through ambulnz ambulance. I personally am not a fan, but my amr division is not letting any paramedics out for our DMAT, so I am trying to find another way to be apart of one. Specifically in California.

Is the Cal Mat deployment payed or is it volunteer.

I am interested in working for AMR Ventura , but there is little to no information regarding it. I have heard very good things. Coming from a county that is severely limited on what you can and can't do and fire has primary medical authority I want to work in a county where I can " treat the pt"...
