    I've seen them more in the ICU and some tele and med surge units in Washington and Idaho. I think there was an ER in WA that had them but I really cannot remember. So to answer your question, no they are not common. Most places just abide by the wipe the hub for 10 seconds before you use it.

    Idaho has a fairly good defined benefits pension for all government employees. The other benefits vary depending on what they offer.

    I've given fentanyl and caused anaphylaxis. Though it could have also been the zofran... 🤔 But never heard of fentanyl to treat anaphylaxis.

    So... Last I checked... And I doubt it changed. Is the Medic One Medic units are paramedic ALS. Everyone else is BLS. Aid car is BLS. Private ambulance is BLS (unless it is CCT and those usually only do IFT). Not sure that makes sense... It's been a busy day at work and my head not work so...
