I took EMT-B because it's required where I live for fire. When I was a kid I wanted to be either an alligator wrestler or a fireman. (fire pays better). After taking the EMT-B course I learned that I really enjoy ems. Hopefully after fire school I can go through medic.

The school I took basic is the same as medic (community college). With the promise of passing basic the only thing I can do is submit an application but I wont get into the class if the class fills up; they take people who are certified before those who aren't. Of course once I pass the test...
