I think either way is fine. I had to work 2 years FT before I could go into my paramedic in which I also start in a month! I always review the text. Try and refresh my memory of all the material and do quizes to see where my strengths and weaknesses are. Good Luck! MDKEMT

Congrats! Good luck in school. I myself am heading back this fall to get my Advance Care Paramedic. I think getting on the job experience is a great asset but it is really how comfortable you feel. I have heard that in the states you can go right into the Paramedic level but here in Canada...
