Stryker victim of cyber attack

They aren't smart gurneys... or wifi-enabled gurneys... as long as you remembered to charge the battery, they will work as good as intended

Actually, the newest Power Pro 2 cots have wifi connectivity. The Stryker rep was trying to explain why the 2 and so much more than the XTs and started to tell me about the wifi on the new models "to track performance". I looked at the phone and said the only performance I need to track is whether the cot went up and down correctly and I don't need wifi to tell me that.

On that note, their website says this about GPS tracking: "Receive location updates when connected to an active Wi-Fi network and inductive charger from Power-LOAD or Performance-LOAD. Hot spot required for off-network use (not provided by Stryker)."
What good is GPS tracking when it only works on network and in the rig? Something tells me if the crew misplaced the rig, we'd know about it.
