What do people write on their gloves? I don’t really see what you would need to write down.

I've used gloves to write VS, and other info that my partner wasn't able to write. I've also used tape on my pant's leg to record info w/multiple pts at a MVA or MVC.

Memory is a fickle, fallible thing. If I write it on my glove, all I have to remember is NOT to throw my gloves away...I just don’t see what you would need to write. Maybe I’m missing things

A previous system I worked for, we were absolutely required to chart Fires run number. It was no problem when they'd just give us a paper PCR that had it printed already... but when they switched to an ePCR system, theirs and ours, at least in the field, could not talk to each other, so they'd just rattle off their run number.
The easiest way was to simply write it on my glove as they did so. Same with any basic Pt info/handoff/vitals/etc they'd give at the back of the ambulance.

I always found a piece of tape on your leg works better. I 100 percent will always smudge or lose anything on a glove.

I feel like this is more common with flight providers. I used to use a glove when I was on the ground, sometimes i forgot and threw it away, sometimes I didn’t.
Now I just take a small clipboard with me, write down any pertinence to the patient, then stuff it back in my helmet (scene), or put it on the hospital gurney with the plethora of other crap we bring (transfers) on a call.
Otherwise this is a pretty trivial concern and up to the provider themselves. If you have a photogenic memory, that’s wonderful. I don’t, and i am only getting older.

Yeah I am lucky if I remember which base I am going to each day. But you're right not something that really matters just one of those EMS curiosities
