Thanks. I know that when you go through an Intermediate/Paramedic course, you get alot of ALS training. So, I assume these ALS/PALS certs are more indepth than whats taught in class. Thanks again for the quick reply. I appreciate it. Jeff

We have about 120-130 members (+/-)..most of us(me included) are the BLS providers. However, we have many members (30 or more) who are ALS providers.

I can understand your frustration. We use the LIFEPAK-12, and our protocols allow its use. However, the county next to us, is not allowed to use it, nor are they allowed to automatically give glucose to a diabetic patient. They have to call the their local hospital and ask for permission. Jeff

Yeah it has. I lived here originally back in the early 90's when I was stationed at the Pentagon. THen came back a few years ago, and I did not recognize the F'burg/Stafford/Spotsy area
