I'm also doing cardio exercise in the morning for 30 to 40 mints.
It help build strong muscles and make body flexible.
I know many persons in Los Angles who work out of cardio regularly.
I eat less fat and cholesterol foods items.
Because I don't want to become over weight or fat,
I eat fresh fruits and boiled vegetables,
Drink juice after every 2 hours to maintain energy level...
So much information. I'm trying to find information on this topic. All the forum members are post very valuable knowledge.
I make a plan to lose my weight and take advies from this forums.

I totally agree with you. You clarify in a good and easy manner. Diet and exercise is defiantly for a short time period. it have no longer benefits.
To keep and achieve your desire you have to do continues diet and exercises.
Weight can be loss at home easily.
You have to do some exercise at home like running, swimming, push-pus, set up. These exercises are the best to reduce weight quickly.
Use less protein and fat foods items.
Deny all the cholesterol and high protein foods items
