In my opinion he is stable and basic treatment should carry on until he becomes unstable (decreased LOC secondary to the low rate) Give him O2, Monitor, IV and txp to the facility. If you feel uncomfortable then go ahead and apply the pads and be ready for demand TCP. Good scenario
