Four weeks ago we try to order 110 bags :)
They told us they will now and in future only produce body armor vests :wacko:
Do you know someone, how would sell some single bags (used or new)

We use Pacific Emergency Products bags but they sold out the bag.
PEP will not longer produce the bags, I really missed the bags and cases :unsure: :sad:
So our EMS use now STATPACKS, these bagback/bags are very comfortable and you can load tons of your equipement B)...

I am still working between the 911calls in our anesthetixs dept. We have not many real ALS calls in our aera. So I am untrained in outside hospital NTI :wacko:
So once a week there are dental operations and you do NTI, but i didn't like nasal intubation.
In my opinion you must train...
I think every medic is able to get an iv line, but sometimes you haven't soo much time (90sec. for iv line isn't much time) so EZ-IO or BIG are very fast and easy every doctor can learn this too B)

I do some nasal intubations, but only in the op-room/hospital. I didn't like it need many experience and is difficult too
In my opinion it is not an prehospital skill for untrained medics...

I am working in EMS over 14 years and the anesthetics department for 7 years. So I prefer for any adult pt. the macintosh size 5 & for pediatric I use a miller size 2.
You will find out your own favorite...

We also do / use ketamine RSI for any status asthmaticus patients, it works great (keatmine is not only for analgetics it is works also very good as a bronchdilatation)
