First off, congratz on passing. NREMT is a wierd/funky test. Make sure you go over everything, but at the same time don't forget the basics (ABCs!!!!). On the test you may be tempted with a few answers, but take the time to read every answer. NREMT wants you to second guess yourself, but...

Well dude BP really depends on the type of person you're taking it from. I mean the person can have a history of high BP which would be normal for him, but not normal for others. BP is unique to every person.
