Hey, so I don't have to bump the thread: For 24 hours we work on the Kelly Schedule. There's A, B, and C shift. Each shift works 24 hours, then are off for 24 hours. So a work week would be three 24 hour shifts, then you get 4 days in a row off. But you can be held over in between shifts or pick up OT, which can put you on a 48, 72 hr shift, etc. You can work as long as you want.
For 12's, we have a "front half" and "back half" of the week. Front half being Sunday through tuesday, plus every other wednesday. Second half being every other wednesday through saturday.
We bid on new shifts on Friday, and they've introduced schedules that go from tues-friday, mon-weds, and a couple more (some strictly weekends.)
It seems more complicated than it is haha. I was so lost when I got hired, but I finally grasp everything now
