I know about the food :) I'm a pretty good baker, so I'm doing up a batch of chocolate chip cookies today, and will make a batch of the world's most awesome blueberry muffins tomorrow morning so I can take them in hot and fresh ^_^ Thanks for the advice - will let you know how it goes!

I was so bummed when Trauma was cancelled. Mostly because I was an extra on it, and had so much fun :D I got through maybe 15 minutes of Chicago Fire and had to turn it off. I'm sure it'd be fine if I knew nothing about the industry.

:P I certainly use other students during class, but at home, the only time I get to practice stuff is when I'm home alone... hence the teddy bear!

Studying for the skills portion of EMT class, and I have a teddy bear as my victim. He makes for a very realistic unresponsive patient... Someone else has been using a pillow. Another student suggested a blow up doll... :rofl: Go on, what random things have you used as a patient??

You need to marry an Aussie - we're used to bugs and creepy crawlies that want to kill you!

Maybe you should go into training? Find an area where you can teach aspects of EMS - sounds like you'd be an excellent instructor - book smarts combined with real life experience.

I'm an Aussie, but I live in California :) And I've actually just arrived back in Brisbane this morning for a few days. At least I think it's morning... :wacko:
