in my system the dispatchers are great at staging - if one little thing sounds off, we`re staging. our stage guidelines are strickly enforced - no closer than 5 blocks and not in a straight line.

in most training for our field and experince we see on the street...your senses should tell you not to got into the scene. if it sounds remotely vague, get police in there first. where i work we stage for alot of events until police secure the scene - you can`t help anybody if your hurt. why...

WOW! I didn`t know in the states you can ignore. I live in Alberta and if you have any medical training you are liable if you don`t stop. granted if know one sees you drive by or you have no medical stickers on your car...you can drive on if you want - but your not supposed to.
