27, and I'm a new EMT with my first job starting this month. I got nothing. I need advice :)

I don't mean to sound judgmental although I'm sure I do anyway... But I feel its a waste of time to worry/ think/ flirt with someone you are supposed to be helping, and the reason she was in the hospital probably means she has some issues.

I think it gives average people something to go on in that type of situation. Any type of education is better than none. Someone might have absolutely no idea what to do and may instead do something that would lead them or others to harm.
