I suggest that you focus your efforts into finding employment. Volunteer work won't put food on the table or pay bills.

Nothing more fun than a cpr in progress with a lower GI bleed...in a tiny bathroom...while wearing your last clean uniform....

Do you have a question or an otherwise constructive contribution to the forum? Because generally, insulting an entire profession is not good way to start a discussion. There are better ways to talk about health issues in EMS than calling us all "fat slobs"...

In many places, "Emergency Medical Responder" is the lowest possible level of EMS training, even below EMT-basic.
