I'm still unsure how this works. So you work 72 hours one week and 48 the other week, making it a 120 hour pay period instead of 80 hour pay period? Is the 40 hours overtime? :-\

Sorry for double post. Time limit expired. How does this 24/48 work? My math tells me you’ll end up working 72 hours one week and 48 the next.

It’ll be so hard to give up $24.75/hour in PA moving down to FL :-(
