I had a boss once who had the motto of "keep us off the 6 o'clock news" That train of thought drove me nuts. Focus on doing the right thing, and a good job and even if you end up on the news...at least you can sleep at night knowing you did the best you could.

Actually I can in my state, as long as I stay within the scope of my practice it's approved by our state EMS Bureau. Our union has it in writing and we are protected under that umbrella. I can't push a single med though, other than O2. Can't even administer Glucose. I'm there to touch up...

I was actually looking for more industrial style, boxes that have individually wrapped doses like for a large first aid station.

Anybody have a good source for buying bulk OTC meds? Yes I've tried Google and found a few, but looking for recommendations on companies that people have used.

I don't have any first hand knowledge, but it looks like it has to be an approved DOT class taken. You may contact them and see what their policy is on out of state lateral transfers. http://mn.gov/health-licensing-boards/emsrb/
