Hey guys, I was wondering if Halls is hiring. How tough is the hiring process? Any advice? Do you need to have Kern County Cert in order to apply?

I heard Garden Grove just hired 5 guys, 4 of them are medics. The guy that is just an EMT is a volunteer/explorer for like 5 years. I heard OCFA might bump you up on the list if you speak Spanish. Getting a fire job now is next to impossible unless you're connected.

Where do you work? I'm not going the fire route so no sponsor from them. I work for Care in OC, rumor has it that FALCK (our new owner) will higher medics for other counties not for OC or LA
