In sask our protocol says we have no limit, running code 2 (normal transport) we have to follow posted speed limits and follow street rules. If running code 4 we have no speed limit other then to follow road safety if roads are icy dont go 180.

Those are not in our scope of practice, the ones listed are the only drugs we are aloud to administer without ALS

That was a massive storm, I had 5 feet of snow behind my car in the parking lot and we only got the after math of their storm. Not hard to believe at all, no one could see any thing that day!!! Glad all three are safe.

I always like to be ahead and know what your talking about before class starts kinda thing. My course starts Jan 20; What is a few things that i can start studying on and memorzing now before my class starts. Please not to hard, still trying to finish up some high school classes.

So i just got my acceptance letter from Weyburn collage to start the Primary Care Paramedic course Jan 13th. Only problem is is its a 4 hour drive from where my house is. Its only a weekend thing Friday, Saturday, Sunday for 7 hours each day; But still. The course goes from Jan 2012 till March...

I am coming right out of school and applied for my Primary care paramedic and was planning on getting my First Aid before the fall but i guess thats not good enough they wanted it know and i was told wrong so now i am SOL thinking of a plan B

So i got a letter from the school i was accepted at Saying that since at the time of applying for the paramedic course I didnt have my First Aid done and at this very second still dont have it, that my name will be dropped to the bottom of the list since i am not ready for the course at this...
