It depends on what language you're saying it in, I guess. I've seen "Oi!" used in Japanese, but never "Oy!". Spanish?

I suggest you see the Weston A Price Foundation or Robb Wolf.com. Another great one is Marks Daily Apple. :) I've been eating like these people suggest for the past six months and it's working great. ^_^

I think mcdonl makes a good point. "Openly Gay" (a term I understand to refer to homosexual men) often seems to mean the kind of gay who tries to behave like a very, very silly teenage girl. You know the type... over swinging hips, extremely tight clothes, girl's revealing blouse, hair twisty...

I understand that video training can never replace or compare with hands on training, but that aside, can anyone recommend a EMT video course for someone just starting to get into this stuff and just wanting (for now) to get a lot of the basics down? ^_^ Thanks!
