    Afflixation is dead on about the soft -t vs CAT. I was deployed most of 2010. During that time, I had to use a C.A.T. after an IED blast. I use the C.A.T. in the soldiers IFAC (little personal aid bag that is carried on all soldiers) on his L leg which was riddle with shrapnel and bleeding...
