I was working the ER a couple of weeks ago when a young couple came in. The complaint from the man was a jammed finger. Upon questioning he said that they were having sex when he jammed it. I thought I had seen it all, but I'm still laughing over this one.

Just passed the 1st semester of medic school. I was worried for awhile, never done anything that was so hard. Seems like I get kicked in the balls every time I go to class. I guess it will just keep getting harder the further I go. It will be worth it some day.

I had to take several test to test general knowledge, a emt-b test, and go through a interview process with eight people.

I was accepted to Paramedic school this fall. There were 94 of us trying to get in two classes of 24. I feel very blessed.

That's a bunch of bull. I hope it gets thrown out or the charges dropped.

I suggest wearing some nice dress clothes instead of boots and pants. As far as on job experience tell them where you did your ride alongs, and how many hours you did. Good luck!!!

I also new someone that took 60 and failed. He must have failed everything!!

I would apply in person.

I took 120 and it cut off. I just knew I had failed. I passed on the first try. My friend took her test and it cut off at 76. She thought she failed too but she didn't. You never know. That's a crazy test.
