I got a Littmann Lightweight for my Basic program. It's pretty awesome! Mostly use it for blood pressures, but it's good for heart/lung/etc. Sounds as well. I'm curious, how do you all clean your diaphragms? I'm terrified that alcohol wipes will damage mine
