Is it the same story for EMT-I's?

Hey guys, Say I am fresh out of school with an EMT-B certificate, how hard would it be to find a job in the Sacramento area? Would it be possible to find a job? I'm just worried because I hear the horror stories of finishing school and not being able to get a job. Thanks

Tell me how it goes. I'm a high school student and I would like to be an EMT (darn those age limits :angry:). But anyways, I'm sure you'll do fine.

Many PA programs require medical experience, EMTs count as very good experience for PA schools.

Sorry for all the questions, but also... How hard would it be to get a job as a newly trained EMT-B? and what would be the pay? (again, i just want to know so that I could see if I could afford to live in an apartment?) Thanks
