I would suggest taking a test that identifies the objectives you need to study as well as the type and level of questions you are missing. It's not a matter of studying harder, but studying smarter. Reading the book from cover-to-cover does little help in identifying what you need to study...
It's important to identify your learning styles and preferences. Reading a book for hours on end won't necessarily help you connect to the material. If you still need help, send me a PM.
