it depends on where you are...in NYS there isnt much we can do other then go on to the CC or medic course. At the bls level PHTLS but really that doesnt do much other then give you practice and add a line to your resume.

I am assuming it takes the same time to issue your medic card as the basic one....it took damm near 8 weeks to get my card lol.....i hate nys lol

Ah i have found it frustrating for sure....its either saba or instructors corner i cant remeber the differance lol. I guess i just got used to it.

In nys wigwags are a big no no but i do not hold the popular sentiment that pov lights are usless..i have found quite the opposite. Just use common sense.

Why cant you do course records online in instuctors corner.....i dont have any trouble with it and it takes 5-10 minutes for a full class.

NYS has approved it but our medical director in central NYS just needs to put the protocol in place....i cannot see a reason why the pre-filled narcan should not be at the BLS level....
