It could just be another application. I had two interviews in the past two weeks to which I completed the application beforehand, and still had to fill out a hard copy in person.

It depends on whether you are using a PC or Mac. If you remember the name you gave the document it will be a lot easier. On PC just go the Start menu and go under the Search option. Click "Documents" and type in the name of the file and it should search your computer for anything related to it...
