    EMS Question - Paramedic Immediately after Basic?

    Not a crappy requirement when you consider that I-85 was the entry level in GA. One could not be employed on a 911 unit as an EMT-B in most of the state.

    You would need the AEMT in Alabama as well.

    As a basic emt your options will be very limited. GA usually requires minimum if I-85 to work the ambulance.
