Nebraskas protocol is every patient should get Oxygen for difficulty breathing, regardless of pulse ox reading. Pulse ox readings can read wrong for carbon monoxide posioning. So you are never 100% sure. :)

What were you cut off at? did you pass or fail? Nervous.
