thats bull that paramedic should be completely gone not just lost his privilages you never just look at a patient wow he just lost some pay and pride what about her his decision ended took any chances of survival away

opqrts always try and use easy to understand words as emts we begin to talk at pts and not to them listen to your pts because u can get alot of your info from normal conversasions

oral glucose you can not give oral glucose if pt is unresponsive it cause an air way abstructsion do abcs and call als and transport asap

restraints when in doubt use local resources i.e. pd let them restrain the pt thats thier job

2 weeks i think two weeks is a short time for alot of info pre med or not remember doctors usually dont see pt in the field and we really dont want them to but it is up to u and how comfortalbe u fell with it all we can do is give advice good or bad good luck and god bless:rolleyes:

4 surgerys down 1 to go i have had 4 surgeries on one knee so far and now they tell i need 1 more . my best suggestion is protect your knee as best as possible do underwater exercise it has resistance but not the weight and follow your pt to the numbers i didnt but if u do u will be ok
