I know the emt course must be approved by NREMT, but I wanted to see just in case. Would I be able to take the emt certification exam after taking an emt-b course in Korea?
Thank you!
Hello.
This is a hypothetical situation. If I became a certified EMT in South Korea, would I be able to volunteer as an EMT at my American college?
In other words, is a Korean EMT certification effective in the US?

Do you know if there is a way to find out what course that is? The exam date is June 12th, which would be really nice if my exam was on that day.
Hello.
I was looking at NJEMS.rutgers.edu for an EMT exam in Jersey. One of the exam dates stated "private registration" under status, while other ones stated "accepting registrations."
What does this "private registration" mean?
Thanks!

Just one question. Does a biology major count as opt or cpt for EMT? I feel like the field is somewhat related to EMS, but at the same time, they're different.
Hello.
I'm an international student on a F-1 visa. I'm also a senior in high school.
I was wondering if I could take the CPR and EMT-B as a foreigner. Is this possible? I heard I have to volunteer to finish the course, which I would love to, but can I volunteer with a foreign citizenship...
