While this is a good idea, I think there are probably other ways to help you achieve your goal.

Have you tried asking your organization in Virginia that question? You could probably just call them up.

I think this is a matter of perspective. You can send it any way you want depending on that.

Well I guess it depends on the needs of the organization rather a protocol is necessary.
