Scuba- I've been in a similar situation. But, I made a choice to quit after another ridiculously busy 26 hour shift. On my way home I fell asleep driving, flipped my car, and was ejected. I was picked up by (another service's) ambulance w/ LBB, c-collar and all. They were professional...
