I think my main concern is that if I am honest with a few close co-workers, it will get to my bosses. I don't want my bosses to worry about having me on staff, managing narcotics. I don't want to get fired. But I want to be honest with my friends at work. Otherwise I guess they won't truly know...

I have not heard of a program like this. But I have been to NA. I think the user generally has to want recovery and seek it themselves in order to be successful. It's not a bad idea though
