I've decided to let it lapse. I am going to focus my time on my business. One more liscense and I'll be my own employeer!!! Part time in the beginning but who knows what will happen from there.

My current cert lapses in March. I have 3 of the 40 CE's completed. I'm not moving anywhere. Tx doesn't require NR so.... Do I really need to re-cert thru NREMT or just focus on the Tx cert that expires in 2019??

After converting to full time back in August, I'm finally finished with the tedious FTO process and clear to operate independently in the system!!!! My schedule for the rest of January is all over the place but my new permanent schedule that begins in Feburary is Thus-Sun 1000-2200. I'm so...

Some of our supervisors will get out and play in a regular basis. Others just sit in the office watching Netflix!!

I concur but what can you do.... The hardest part for me is to watch an organization struggle as much as this one. We now have a great leader that will impliment change in due time but with almost 20 years of leadership under my belt; it's hard absorbing the tremendous volume of BS that occours...

After many many weeks; tomorrow night is my final FTO shift (1900 25th thru ???? 26th). I still have a barage of testing to complete before I meet with the Medical Director on 5 Janurary. Been a long wait since I converted to Full Time in late August.

We are technically down 2 trucks currently. I'm just anticipating the am hold over. I don't mind working but I do hate covering for the laziness of other individuals.

I came on at 1900 and hope to be out by 1000. Same schedule tomorrow night.

What Ops guy said.... We have some kids that still have pacifiers!! Just a reminder... I'm a 41 yr old probie... Depending on your shift AEMS can range from 75-95% 911. At night we might get 1-2 transfers per night.

No heat in the back and it's 19F in DFW. My feet are frozen!!!
