I'm an EMT as well, with the same problem (past tense) & what i did was text my boss with the bad calls, every bad call. I'm not scheduled with her anymore.

I had searched (& found) related info on here, but i just applied & am in the process, so i wanted to pass along what i found out / experienced. First off, take defensive driving & get your proof; i took a comedy DD course & got my cert in Irving the next day. Then get a form (2 pages, actually)...
