I don't know how it is in other states, but in Indiana all EMS/Fire certs. are given out by DHS. From the Indiana DHS website:

What do you mean? I have all of the necessary paperwork. I just need to know when/where to go take the exam. Who should I contact in order to find out this information?
I was formally an Indiana EMT-B. I contacted Homeland Security and received all of the necessary documents for me to re-certify. Now I just need to know when and where I can take the exam. Does anyone know how I can find out this information? Thanks for your help in advance.
