I wish I could have started slowly. It seems that I can't go a single shift without getting something that an ALS unit should be responding to. Anyone want to trade?

Detroit isn't that bad. I have responded to a few calls there. Personally I prefer working the Downriver area. As for where to work, aim for anything owned by CEMS (Healthlink, DMC Care Express, CEMS, REMS) They pay the best in the area and like to hire new people.
