Could not agree more! Im a emt in Portugal and in my 9 years of experience i've used CAT multiple times!! Im several dozen miles of an hospital on a rural area where many accidents with heavy machinery happen and CAT is 1st option!!! Theres not many things that can replace it in this environment...
