It seems hard. I can't even count a handful that I have worked well with. They all seems to be *****es and *****s. You have to always watch what your doing and saying. They are usually too weak..and if you try to help them they get offended. They think they know everything. It's ****ing frustrating to work with these egotistical hoes. They come off as nice but are two faced. I'm not saying don't hire women. Some are good, but the moodiness and insecurity is annoying to be around. It's like they are trying to prove something to others..I don't give a **** just do your job and stop complaining. So how do you feel about working with them? Thanks guys.
