I've seen a few good resources posted on the forum but never actually saved any of them. Here are a couple that I've come across.
Khan Academy- Great stuff, not necessarily soley for EMS but just in general. His Chem, Organic Chem, and Bio videos are all great for getting the main prinicipals down. Just scroll down from the home page and you'll find videos galore.

Dr. Najeeb- His videos are a little time consuming but if you can get past the accent there is a wealth of information on his channel.
