A few weeks ago, one of our ambulance crews related a story of having run on an abdominal pain call for a person who tried one of those super spicy chip challenges...
A few hours later that shift, we responded to an abdominal pain call from someone who had also tried the challenge... the same challenge from the same store (apparently said store started with a commercial "hot chip" and then doctored it up and added their own mix of hot sauce and spices on top)
But luckily, other than that, haven't had anyone else call from that, or other challenge (at least not that we've been dispatched to) (Knock on wood lol)
