Well it seems that the community college will supply gen eds and award you with credit hours and the degree once you go through and finish the local EMS tech school's paramedic program. Here's that link I mentioned before.

I had problems when I started my first real job with my back,and still do sometimes. But I've found basic barbell exercises to be of enormous help.
Squats and deadlifts helped me so much. Don't forget planks!
