How often do they hire? How long is the process?

Typically Williamson County hires twice a year. This year due to adding new positions, we are holding three processes(this one in may is number 2)

The process is 3 days long.

You fill out an app online, pass a personality profile and then you get invited to attend the three day testing process.

Day 1-Written test
Day 2- Scenarios
Day 3- Interviews
(Must pass each day to move onto the next)

All job offers are contingent on backrounds, physicals, and drug screen.
