Great program. They are also accepting applications for their Bachelor's of Community Health. So if you want to get a degrees in community health with a focus on community paramedicine then apply!

Can it be taken online?

Yes. It is completely online. I do believe there is a clinical internship just from looking at the class list so I'm not sure how that work. But the online information session says it is all online. Also I believe since it is all online you can get "instate" tuition so the whole thing books and all is quite at about 16k for the two years.
